Dr. Sean Holland, founder of I AM e2e, is an expert in equipping leaders with the necessary tools to reach their maximum potential. He has traveled across the United States, South America and Africa motivating leaders with his 5-step leadership development model.
Over the last 20 years, Sean has navigated the ranks as a successful entrepreneur and helping Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor & Gamble and CSX Transportation align to and achieve their goals. In 2002, he was awarded the CSX President’s Award for helping to create multi-million dollar revenue streams and growing customer relationships in their mid-west U.S. region.
In 2013, he was honored by the International Canadian University and appointed as an Ambassador to the highest international body, the United Nations (U.N.) Economic and Social Council. On behalf of the city of Lansing mayor’s office, Dr. Holland was bestowed the honor of delivering the annual Martin Luther King televised speech before an august body of distinguished city officials, judges, community leaders and entrepreneurs.
In 2014, Dr. Holland was honored by the Lansing City Council members at the annual Leader’s Salute and personally saluted by U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Stabenow.
Sean is a volunteer instructor for student organizations at Michigan State University, and Cooley Law School. He brings unique experiences in building teamwork and establishing collaborative partnerships between private and public sector leaders.
